The Parish Council is asking you to nominate residents of Barnburgh and Harlington who have given their time and efforts without seeking praise or reward to help others. The Parish Council feels that there should be some recognition for their contributions.
The Parish Council wants to make this an annual event, but in this first year the focus is on lockdown. The Parish Council would like to acknowledge and celebrate those members of the community who improved the life of individual people, or the parish as a whole, during lockdown and who might otherwise go unrecognised.
If you know somebody that has gone over and above for our community then why not nominate them for this award?
There are three categories for this award,
Junior Citizen (12 years and under),
Young Citizen (13 years -21 years), and
Adult (22 years and over)
Nomination forms can be downloaded here.
They can also be obtained from the Clerk at barnburghpc@gmail.com and from various shops around Barnburgh and Harlington.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 5 November.
